Data Processing Terms

Template for SaaS processing of customer lead data. Have an Indian privacy/technology lawyer review before production use, especially under DPDP and your customer contracts.

1. Roles

Customer (App Admin organisation): determines purposes of processing lead/prospect data collected via their forms and campaigns.
1BY0 SOLUTIONS (C2A): processes that data to provide the SaaS platform on the Customer’s documented instructions (use of the Service).

2. Subject matter

Processing of personal data such as name, phone, email, form answers, assignment, notes, and integration identifiers, as described in the Privacy Policy and Consent Notice.

3. Instructions

We process Customer personal data only to provide C2A (ingest leads, store per tenant, display to authorised users, enable follow-up/reporting) and as required by law. Customers must not instruct unlawful processing.

4. Confidentiality & security

Personnel with access are subject to confidentiality. Technical and organisational measures are summarised in our Security & data protection statement.

5. Subprocessors

We may use infrastructure and service providers (hosting, email, monitoring) under written terms requiring appropriate protection. Channel providers (Meta, RCS/WhatsApp-related vendors) process data under their own terms when you connect those integrations — see Third-party integration terms.

6. International transfers

If data is stored or accessed outside India, we will take steps consistent with applicable law and our security practices. Details available on request via support@c2a.app.

7. Assistance

We will reasonably assist Customers with data subject requests (access, correction, deletion, withdrawal of consent) that relate to data in C2A, as described in Data export & deletion.

8. Deletion & return

On account closure or written request, we will delete or return Customer personal data from active systems within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law or for secure backups pending expiry. See Account deletion.

9. Audit

Upon reasonable notice, we may provide security summaries or questionnaire responses; on-site audits only where contractually agreed.
