Data Export & Deletion Process

Operational process for access, export, correction, deletion, and consent withdrawal. Have counsel review for DPDP production readiness.

1. Requests we support

Access / export: copy of personal data we hold about you or, for App Admins, lead data in your workspace (reasonable format such as CSV/JSON).
Correction: fix inaccurate account or lead fields.
Deletion: delete specific leads or personal data, or full account (see Account deletion).
Withdraw consent: stop service/marketing processing for a stated purpose (Consent Notice).

2. How to submit

Email support@c2a.app.
Use a clear subject: “Data export — C2A”, “Data deletion — C2A”, or “Withdraw consent — C2A”.
Include: your name, registered email/mobile, workspace (if any), and the phone/email of the lead if the request is about a prospect record.

3. Verification

We verify requests to avoid unauthorized disclosure (e.g. confirm control of the account email or App Admin authority). We may ask for additional information before fulfilling.

4. Timing

We aim to acknowledge within 48 hours and complete within 30 days where practicable, or sooner if required by applicable law.

5. Export contents (typical)

Account profile fields
Lead records you are entitled to (name, phone, email, status, notes, source, timestamps, consent flags where stored)

6. Limits

We cannot export data held only by Meta, WhatsApp, or your RCS provider — request those from the provider.
We may refuse or limit requests that are unlawful, manifestly unfounded, or that would expose another person’s data without authority.
Some logs may be retained for security/legal reasons as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Prospect (lead) requests

If you submitted a Lead Ad or form and want deletion/withdrawal, contact us and/or the business you submitted to. Businesses using C2A remain responsible for their own responses to prospects under DPDP.
