Get started

• Log in to the web CRM
• On mobile, open C2A and sign in with the same workspace account.
• App Admins connect Meta / RCS under Connect, then leads appear on Dashboard and Leads.

Leads and follow-ups

• New RCS button taps and Meta Lead Ads land in your workspace automatically.
• Filter by status or CTA tag, assign staff, add notes, and set the next follow-up.
• Staff see assigned leads only; App Admins see the full workspace.

Account and data

• Delete your account
• Export or delete data
• Security & data protection
