WhatsApp / API Usage Disclosures
C2A · 1BY0 SOLUTIONS · Last updated: September 2026
WhatsApp Business / Cloud API features may be live or “coming soon” in C2A. This disclosure applies when such features are enabled for your workspace. Lawyer review recommended.
1. Status
C2A may display WhatsApp as an integration for lead follow-up or notifications. Availability depends on product rollout and your approved WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) / BSP connection.
2. Who sends messages
- Messages are sent under your business identity / WABA, not as 1BY0 SOLUTIONS marketing.
- You are the message initiator and are responsible for template approval, opt-in, and content.
3. Consent & opt-out
- You must obtain valid opt-in before initiating WhatsApp conversations, per Meta WhatsApp policies and DPDP.
- Service messages about an enquiry differ from marketing broadcasts — keep them separate where required.
- Honour STOP / opt-out requests promptly. Users may also withdraw via support@c2a.app as described in Consent Notice.
4. Data processed
Phone numbers, template names, delivery/read statuses, and message metadata may be processed to show lead activity in C2A. Meta / your BSP also process data under their terms.
5. API / automation use
- Do not use C2A or connected APIs to spam, scrape, or send deceptive content.
- Respect rate limits and quality ratings; poor quality may lead Meta to restrict your number.
- You must not share API tokens or allow third parties to misuse your connection.
6. No Meta affiliation statement
C2A is not affiliated with or endorsed by WhatsApp or Meta beyond permitted platform integration. “WhatsApp” is a trademark of the respective owners.
